I've missed commenting - I've been a real butt-head about comments in general, and its time to get back to talking to the friends that mean the most to me. A great website to figure out the science of how to get the calories your body needs is sparkpeople.com. It gives you breakdowns (based on your habits, body type, familial health history and other factors) of the amount of calories you need to get from protein, carbs and fat.  It's easy to use - I love it!
